HelloInbox is an email deliverability platform that provides:
- Email deliverability testing and analysis
- DMARC monitoring and reporting
- Email list verification
- Spam content detection
- AI-powered deliverability advice
- Inbox placement testing
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific deliverability results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 17271841 Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 17271841 Canada Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
